A complaint was received by the Office of Child Care Health and Safety on 03/11/2024 in the areas of supervision and staffing. An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 03/13/2024. The inspector was on site form 2:55pm until 4:10pm.
The information gathered during the inspection did not support the complaint and therefore the complaint was determined to be invalid. Other non-related violations were issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-140-A Complaint related: No Description: Based on record review, the center failed to obtain a copy of the child physical examination before child?s first day or within 30 days after first day of attendance.
Evidence:
1.Child #1, which was enrolled on 7/21/2023 had no documentation of a physical on file during the inspection on 3/13/2024.Plan of Correction: The PD will will ensure that a copy of the physical is obtained before the child's first day or within 30 days after first day of attendance. PD will contact the parents and they have until 4-7 to turn in or care will end until it is in the file.
