Comments:

An unannounced focused inspection was conducted on March 1, 2022 at the Norfolk location from 12:00 noon to 12:20 pm. During this inspection a physical plant inspection was completed. An exit interview was conducted on March 1, 2022 at 12:15 pm with the Program Director. There were no areas of non-compliance identified, there were no violations of the Standards for Child Placing Agencies determined during this inspection. The licensee should retain a copy to be posted at the facility. Results of the inspection are subject to public disclosure and will be posted on the Virginia department of Social Services public website within five business days, regardless of whether or not a Plan of Correction is completed.
