Type of inspection: Monitoring. Dates of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 10/25/2022 11:19 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. and 10/26/2022 10:20 a.m. to 2:26 p.m. The Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left at the agency. Number of children in care: 33. Number of approved provider homes: 19. The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the office setting and conditions.
