Comments:

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 6/24/24 and concluded on 6/27/24. The Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The Director reported that the current census was 2. The inspector emailed the Director a list of items required to complete the remote documentation review portion of the inspection. The inspector reviewed 1 resident record, 1 staff record, and 12 adoptive family records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. An exit interview was conducted with the Director on 6/27/24, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. Additional Comments/Discussion: The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
