Personnel Children's Services Provider Homes Additional Requirements for Specific Programs

Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on July 12, 2022 from 9:20 am to 4:00 pm. A total of 20 children are placed and 42 approved provider homes. Two childrens records, 5 provider home records and three staff records were reviewed. One employee was interviewed during the inspection. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary. An exit meeting was conducted on 7/12/2022 to review the inspection findings. The department's inspection findings are subject to public disclosure.
