Type of Inspection: Monitoring Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 11/8/2024 from 11:45am to 1:30 p.m. The Licensing Inspector met with the Chief Program Officer for the entrance conference. Number of staff records reviewed (2) Office is a location for child-placing activities to occur at this location, but no active client and family records are currently maintained at this location. The office is available to conducted child placing activities, but no birth parent/child or provider home case records are stored at this location. HR records are housed at this location and no new staff have been hired since last inspection. The physical office was inspected and is in compliance with the standard 22VAC40-131-50. The agency's license and results of the most recent licensing inspection were posted near the agency's entrance. An exit meeting was conducted with Executive Director and Chief Program Officer on 11/19/24. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined (0) violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
