A renewal inspection was initiated on 8/4/2021 and concluded on 8/5/2021. The Office Manager was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The agency reported a current census of 37 children in placement. The inspector emailed the Office Manager a list of items required to complete the remote documentation review portion of the inspection. The inspector reviewed three (3) foster child, four (4) staff, and three (3) provider home records. Caseloads and the on call schedule were also reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the Foster Parent Coordinator/CFS Supervisor and Office Manager on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Based on review of personnel documents for Personnel #4 (P4), the agency failed to ensure P4 was qualified as a Caseworker.
Findings:
1) The staff listing provided to the Licensing Inspector identified P4 as a caseworker.
2) Documents reviewed demonstrated P4 obtained a Bachelor?s degree in Social Work.
3) The resume for P4 did not document one year of experience providing casework services to children and families.
4) The findings were discussed during the exit interview. Staff 2 (S2) reviewed the resume and obtained additional information from P4 regarding experience documented on the resume.
5) S2 acknowledged P4?s experience did not meet the minimum requirement.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
