Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/06/2020. The inspection was concluded on 8/11/2020. The District Supervisor was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The agency reports 24 approved provider homes. The inspector emailed the District Supervisor a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed documents from 3 provider home records and 3 personnel records submitted by the agency. Background checks for 2 provider home records approved since the last inspection were reviewed. 1 birth parent /child file was also reviewed. An exit interview was conducted on 8/11/2020 with the District Supervisor. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
