Type of inspection: Renewal A renewal inspection was initiated November 7, 2024 from 10:00AM ? 12:00 noon, and again on November 12th and November 14, 2024. Acknowledgement of the Inspection form was provided. Number of children in care: 0 Number of approved provider homes: 4 Number of staff records reviewed: 1 Number of interviews conducted with staff: 2 The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the office setting and conditions. Observations by licensing inspector: Records were available as requested. Additional Comments/Discussion: The Executive Director was available throughout the inspection as needed. An exit meeting was conducted 11/18/2024 The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
