Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/16/2021. The inspection was concluded on 11/18/2021. The TFC/Community Based Services Program Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The agency reports 29 children in care. The inspector emailed the TFC/Community Based Services Program Director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed documents from 3 provider home records, 3 children's records, and 4 personnel records submitted by the agency. Background checks for providers approved since the last inspection were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted on 11/18/21 with the TFC/Community Based Services Program Director. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
