Type of inspection: Other An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/9/22 from 11:15 am to 4:30 pm in response to a self-report dated 10/20/22 regarding reports and policies to protect children. During this inspection, one foster child record and one provider home record were reviewed. One staff member was interviewed during the inspection. A preliminary findings review was conducted on 11/14/2022 with the executive director, treatment foster care director and the clinical supervisor. The Acknowledgement of Inspection form was provided to the agency via email on 11/14/2022. An exit meeting was held with the treatment foster care director and clinical supervisor on 11/15/2022. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the self-report of non-compliance with standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within 5 business days of your receipt of the inspection summary. The department's inspection findings are subject to public disclosure.
