Type of inspection: Renewal. Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: July 25, 2022 10:52 a.m. to 12:41 p.m. The Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left at the facility for each date of the inspection. Number of children in care: the census was reported as eight (8) youth placed in independent living arrangements. Number of approved foster homes: no foster homes or children in foster care were reported during this inspection. The licensing inspector completed a tour of the office setting. Number of staff records reviewed: it was reported that no staff were hired since the last inspection and current staff were previously reviewed. Number of interviews conducted with staff: agency representative AR1 responded to questions during the inspection. An exit meeting will be conducted to review the inspection findings. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
