An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/27/2022 from 10:00 am to 3:45 pm. The agency reports a total of 12 children in care and 25 approved provider homes. During this inspection, 2 child records, 1 staff record and 2 provider home records were reviewed. Background checks for 3 additional provider homes were reviewed. One employee was interviewed during the inspection. An exit meeting was conducted to review the inspection findings on 09/27/2022. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
