Comments:

This inspection was conducted using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. This was an announced monitoring inspection. The inspection was initiated on 6/14/2021 and concluded on 6/17/2021. The regional director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The agency reported 12 children in care, and 17 provider homes. Two children records, three provider home records and background checks for one intern were reviewed. The regional director was available for questions throughout the inspection. An exit interview was conducted by telephone on 6/17/2021 at approximately 3:30 pm with the regional director, vice president of programs, community based services supervisors, family services coordinator and administrative services manager to discuss preliminary inspection findings. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
