Comments:

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/18/2021 and concluded on 10/20/2021. The regional director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The regional director reported that the current census was 5 children in care and 4 approved provider homes. No new hires since the last inspection. The inspector emailed the regional director a list of items required to complete the remote documentation review. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 1 provider home record. The regional director was interviewed during the inspection. An exit interview was conducted by telephone with the regional director, assistant director, community based services supervisor, and the administrative services manager at 3:00 pm on 10/20/2021 where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with and applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
