Comments:

A virtual inspection was completed on 10/09/2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. for the purpose of a review of Provider's new location. Acknowledgement of Inspection form was sent and signed the day of the inspection, and a copy provided to the Provider. Number of children in care: 6 Number of approved provider homes: 7 The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the office setting and conditions. Number of interviews conducted with staff: 1 An exit meeting conducted the day of the inspection. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
