Comments:

This inspection was conducted using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. This monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/24/2021 and concluded on 5/27/2021. The regional director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The agency reported 18 children in care and 21 approved provider homes. The regional director was available for questions throughout the inspection. During this inspection, 2 children's records, 7 provider home records and 2 staff records were reviewed. Two employees were interviewed for this inspection. An exit interview was conducted by telephone on 5/2472021 at approximately 2:00 pm with the regional director and community based services supervisor to discuss inspection findings. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
