Comments:

This inspection was conducted using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. This announced focused inspection was conducted to determine compliance with the training plans submitted. The inspection was initiated on 5/24/2021 and concluded on 5/27/2021. The regional director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The agency reported 18 children in care, and 21 approved provider homes. The regional director was available for questions throughout the inspection. Training certificates for 8 staff reviewed and training provided to 14 provider homes were reviewed. One staff was interviewed regarding training provided to staff. and provider homes. An exit interview was conducted by telephone on 5/24/2021 at approximately 2:00 pm with the regional director and community based services supervisor to discuss inspection findings. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
