Comments:

A non-mandated monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/04/2021 and concluded on 10/05/2021. This unannounced focused inspection was conducted to determine compliance with the training plans submitted. The regional director was contacted by telephone to conduct the inspection. The regional director provided information needed via email to complete the inspection. The agency reported 18 children in care, and 24 approved provider homes. The regional director was available for questions throughout the inspection. Training provided to 23 provider homes was reviewed. One staff was interviewed during this inspection. An exit interview was conducted by telephone on 10/05/2021 at approximately 9:40 am with the regional director to discuss inspection findings. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
