A non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/30/2021. This focused inspection was conducted to determine compliance with the training plans submitted.
The agency reported 21 children in care, and 23 approved provider homes. The regional director was available for questions throughout the inspection.
Training provided for 1 provider home was reviewed. One staff was interviewed during this inspection.
An exit meeting was conducted on 11/30/2021 at approximately 1:30 pm with the regional director and community based services supervisor to discuss inspection findings. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
