Comments:

A non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/30/2022. This focused inspection was conducted to determine compliance with the training plans submitted and plans of correction. The agency reported 25 children in care, and 19 approved provider homes. The regional director was available for questions throughout the inspection. Contact notes for 2 children in care were reviewed. The agency's learning management system for providers was reviewed. Two employees were interviewed during this inspection. An exit meeting was conducted on 3/30/2022 at approximately 11:25 am with the regional director to discuss inspection findings. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
