An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on May 31, 2022 from 10:10 am to 4:30 pm. A total of 23 children are placed and 18 approved provider homes.
Three children?s records, 3 provider home records and one staff record was reviewed. One staff was interviewed during the inspection.
The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
An exit meeting was conducted on 5/31/2022 to review the inspection findings.
