Comments:

An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on May 31, 2022 from 10:10 am to 4:30 pm. This focused inspection was conducted to determine compliance with the training plan submitted. A total of 23 children are placed and 18 approved provider homes. Training for three provider homes and one employee was reviewed. One staff was interviewed during the inspection. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary. An exit meeting was conducted on 5/31/2022 to review the inspection findings. The department's inspection findings are subject to public disclosure.
