Type of inspection: Renewal Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 1/30/2024 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Licensing Inspector met with the Director of Family Engagement and the Adoption Specialis to discuss the entrance to the inspection. Number of provider home records (6) Number of provider home records reviewed (1) Number of staff records reviewed (5) Board of Directors reviewed (4) The agency has hired (1) new staff since that last inspection. The physical office was inspected and is in compliance with the standard 22VAC40-131-50. The agency's license and results of the most recent licensing inspection were posted near the agency's entrance, in compliance with 22VAC40-131-50. The Director of Family Engagement reported that the agency will research and develop more Kinship Services in the future. An exit meeting was conducted with the Director of Family Engagement on 1/30/2024. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined that there was (0) violation with applicable standard(s) or law.
