Comments:

An onsite monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/14/2021 and concluded on 12/15/2021. The Licensing Inspector made an onsite visit to the Richmond, Virginia Old Bon Air road location. The inspector discussed the Covid-19 protocol with Director and Associate Director present prior to proceeding with the inspection. After the protocol was cleared, the Licensing Inspector initiated the inspection. The inspector conducted an entrance conference regarding the items required to complete inspection and requested documentation for the review portion of the inspection. The Director reported a current census of Thirty One (31) foster children in care and Fifty-Five (55) provider homes. The inspector reviewed Six (6) foster home provider records, three (3) foster home background checks only, and four (4) foster children record, and one (1) discharged child record, and (3) staff records. An exit interview was conducted with the Director and Associate Director on the date of the inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. There were no violations of the Standards for Licensed Child Placing Agencies. The Director and Associate Director were available at the exit interview to answer questions.
