The Licensing Inspector provided technical assistance regarding ensuring that medications are listed on the narrative documentation (22 VAC40-131-350 B 11and that the agency training transcripts clearly identifies the specific initial orientation requirements of the standards (22 VAC40-131-150 B1-9)

Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 9/27/2022 from 10:00a.m. to 3:52 p.m. and 9/28/2022 from 9:04 to 2:06 p.m.
The Licensing Inspector met with the Acting Director o4f Placement Services at the site to start the inspection.
Number of approved provider homes: (51)
Number of children in care: (47)
The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the office setting and conditions. Number of children?s records reviewed: (4) and (1) discharge record. Number of provider home records reviewed: (5) and (1) closed provider home.
Number of staff records reviewed: (2) new staff reviewed during this inspection. Observations by licensing inspector: posting of the current license. An exit meeting was conducted on the last date of the inspection. There were no changes made to the policies or procedures since the last inspection.
The evidence gathered during the inspection determined (0) violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The Licensing Inspector did provide technical assistance regarding ensuring that medications are listed on the narrative documentation and that the agency training transcripts clearly identifies the specific initial orientation requirements of the standards
