Comments:

Type of inspection: Renewal An unannounced onsite renewal inspection was held on 05/07/2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. A preliminary/exit meeting was held on the same day as the onsite inspection. The Acknowledgement of Inspection form provided. Number of ILA Youth in care: 5 The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the office setting and conditions. Number of ILA youth records reviewed: 1 Number of staff records reviewed: 5 Number of interviews conducted with staff: 2 Observations by licensing inspector: Documentation needed for review was readily available/accessible. Additional Comments/Discussion: Program was onsite during entrance and available throughout the inspection to answer questions and aided as needed. The IL Director was available remotely and via email correspondences. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
