Comments:

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/25/2022 and concluded on 1/25/2022. The TFC Program Director and a newly hired Case Manager was available to initiate the inspection. The inspector made an onsite inspection to the physical location and to review record storage keeping. COVID-19 protocol measures were in place and followed by the licensee. The License was posted and the most recent violation notice was posted for review. The TFC Program Director discussed that there were no agency or program or policy changes during the entrance conference. The Licensing Inspector discussed the current census and requested items required to complete during the documentation review portion of the inspection. The TFC Program Director reported a current census of One (1) approved foster care home since the last inspection and One (1) foster child in care record was reviewed. There was One (1) new staff member hired since the last inspection. An exit interview was conducted with the TFC Program Director on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions by the Program Director as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined that were no non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law, and there were no violations documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
