Type of inspection: Monitoring Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 6/7/2022, 9:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. An entrance conference and inspection of the office setting was conducted with Treatment Foster Care Director and Caseworker. The agency reported three (3) children in placement and three (3) approved provider homes. Written Summary and Supplemental Forms were provided to the Treatment Foster Care Director prior to the exit interview on the date of inspection. Inspection information was reviewed during the exit interview and finalized inspection documents were issued on the date of inspection. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
