Comments:

An unannounced, mandated monitoring inspection was completed on February 25, 2020 from 10:20 AM - 11:55 AM. Youth Connect of Virginia reports 0 approved provider homes and 0 foster children in placement at this time. There are no new staff hires. As a result of this inspection, provider home forms and processes and the agency's marketing materials were reviewed. Two personnel were interviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the human resources staff/case worker at the conclusion of the inspection. An acknowledgement form was signed. There were no violations. The licensee has five (5) calendar days from receipt of the inspection documentation to sign each page of the documentation and return it to the Licensing Office. The licensee should retain a copy to be posted at the facility. Results of the inspection documentation are subject to public disclosure and will be posted on the VDSS web site within 5 days.
