Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/12/2022 from 12:35 p.m. to 3:05 p.m. An entrance conference was conducted with the Program Director/Caseworker. A tour was conducted and the office setting was inspected. The agency reported 10 children in placement and 4 approved provider homes. No new staff were hired since the last inspection. The inspector reviewed one (1) foster child and one (1) provider home. An exit interview was conducted with the Program Director/Caseworker on the date of inspection.
