Organization and Administration Provider Homes Children's Services Background Checks Treatment Foster Care

Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/3/2022 from 12:00 p.m to 3:45 p.m. The Foster Care Supervisor/Caseworker participated in the entrance conference and tour of the office. The agency reported a census of three (3) foster children and three (3) approved provider homes. No new staff were hired since the last inspection. The inspector reviewed one (1) foster child and one (1) provider home records. Office setting and conditions and positing of the license were inspected. An exit interview was conducted with the Foster Care Supervisor/Site Leader and Program Director on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and there were no citations for violations.
