Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 10/11/2022 from 12:15 p.m. to 4:55 p.m.
An entrance conference was conducted with the Regional Manager and the Treatment Foster Care Supervisor. Draft inspection documents were provided to the agency and an exit interview was conducted with the Treatment Foster Care D on the date of inspection.

The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the office setting and conditions. Licensing posting, licensed capacity, and caseloads were inspected.
