Type of inspection: Monitoring
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 10/23/24 from 10:10 a.m. to 2:10 p.m. A preliminary findings review was conducted and exit interview was held on the same day with TFC Supervisor and TFC Director. The Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed by the TFC Supervisor prior to exit.

The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the office setting and conditions.
