Type of inspection: Renewal An onsite inspection was conducted on 04/10/2024 from 11:45 am until 1:45 pm with assistance from TFC Regional Program Director and concluded with an exit meeting on 4/22/24 at 10 am. An acknowledgment of inspection form was completed, signed, and left with provider for both days of the inspection. Agency currently has no children in care and no certified homes. Number of children in care: N/A Number of approved provider homes: N/A Number of children?s records reviewed: N/A Number of staff records reviewed: 2 Number of interviews conducted with staff: (1) Entrance interview and exit interview were both conducted with the Regional Director TFC. The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the office setting and conditions which met all requirements and posted license was observed. Program Statement and Policies and Procedures were previously reviewed by another specialist during the initial licensing process. This Licensing Inspector requested and reviewed select policies and procedures and no changes or updates have been made to policies per report by Regional Program Director. Agency has not hired any new staff since last onsite inspection. Background results, Central Registry and sworn statements were reviewed for staff records selected for reviewed. Background checks and references for corporate officers and agent were previously reviewed during the initial onsite inspection by the previous licensing inspector. 10/2023. An exit interview was conducted on 4/22/24. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
