Type of inspection: Monitoring An initial inspection was conducted on-site 7/28/2023 from 10:10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 7/31/23 (virtually) from 8:55 a.m. ? 9:38 a.m. The Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left at the facility on 7/28/23. A preliminary findings review was held on 7/31/23. An exit interview was conducted on 8/4/23. The LCPA reported 35 foster children and 27 foster home providers. Number of children?s records reviewed: 4 Number of provider home records reviewed: 3 Number of staff records reviewed: 3 Number of interviews conducted with staff: 4 Observations by licensing inspector: Office settings and conditions were observed. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
