Type of inspection: Renewal A renewal inspection was conducted on-site 9/26/24 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. and desk review was completed from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the same date. The Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left at the agency for the morning portion of the review. A preliminary findings review/exit was held on 9/27/24. The LCPA reported 44 foster children.. Number of children?s records reviewed: 5 Number of provider home records reviewed: 3 Number of interviews conducted with staff: 1 Number of staff records reviewed: 3 Observations by licensing inspector: Office settings and conditions were observed. Comments: The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
