Census 11 Number of records reviewed and interviews conducted- 5 records, 5 interviews. All facility self-reported incidents since the last inspection were reviewed on this date. The Licensing Inspector reviewed the following at the time of inspection: the Fire Drills, Fire Marshall report, Health Department report, service plans, menus and activity schedules. The Participants were observed during snack time, current events and physical activities.
