An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 07/24/2019 (1:30 pm - 3:30 pm ). At the time of the inspection there were 17 participants present in the Center. Four participant and two staff files were reviewed as well as other required documentation. Participants were observed actively engaging in activities with staff such as chair basketball, music and viewing a travelogue of lighthouses around the world and exercising. Menus and activity schedules were reviewed. And, building and grounds were inspected. An exit meeting was held with the Interim Manager. No areas of non-compliance were cited.
