Comments:
An unannounced monitoring was conducted on 6/14/2023. At the time of entrance there were approximately 152 participants in care and 25 staff members present. Six participant records, three staff records and other documentation were reviewed. No new staff members have been hired since the previous inspection. No medications were administered during the inspection. Activities included exercise, arts & crafts, singing, card playing and breakfast. Interviews were not conducted as the participants first language is Korean and no interpreters were provided. No violations were cited today and the exit interview was held with the Center Director.
