Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 2-3-20 (ar 10:00 am/dep 2:20 pm). There were 5 participants in care upon arrival. The director was present. A tour of the facility was conducted, participants records were reviewed, lunch observed, water temperature and activity items, posted items were observed. The acknowledgement signed by the director. There were no violations cited. Comments: The LI reviewed the new regulation and changes with staff. Suggestions for documents were made.
