Type of inspection: Renewal An unannounced mandated ?Renewal Inspection? was conducted on-site on 8-3-2023 (Ar. 09:10 a.m./dep 12:45 p.m.) The LI was accompanied by two consultants from Home Office. The facility census upon arrival was 10. There were two staff, not including the Director, present. The morning snack was being served and participants were entering the facility. A review of staff and participants records were conducted, first aid kit check, water temperature and fire and health reports requested/received, and a medication pass observation was conducted. The Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and dated. The final exit meeting will be conducted. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website should the facility be issued a license to operate. The department's inspection findings are subject to public disclosure.
