Comments:

One licensing inspector conducted an unannounced mandated monitoring inspection at the Marion Adult Daycare Center on 03/04/2022. The inspection focused on areas of noncompliance. The inspection began at 9:15 am and concluded at 9:25 am. An exit interview was held with the center director and other key staff of the day of inspection.
