Two licensing inspectors conducted a one day unannounced complaint inspection at the International Rejuvenation Center on 09/10/2019. The inspection began at 4:14 pm and concluded at 5:15 pm. The allegations being reviewed were staff/resident relations, laundry services, and spending money. Based on a review of the evidence, the complaint was determined to be not valid. The licensing inspectors observed the building, reviewed resident records, and interviewed residents. An exit meeting was held with the administrator of the facility on 09/10/2019.
