Comments:

An unannounced renewal study was conducted on 4/11/22. At the time of entrance seven residents were in care. The sample size consisted of three resident records and three staff records. Resident and staff records and other documentation reviewed. Criminal Background Checks of staff hired since previous inspection were reviewed. Residents were observed eating breakfast. Medication were reviewed. No violations were given today, and exit interview held.
