Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on this date from 12:15 p- 3:15 p. The Administrator and the Director of Health and Wellness were on site and assisted with the inspection. The census on the day of the inspection was 60 residents. Six resident and seven staff files were reviewed for compliance, along with medication administration, required postings, fire and health inspections, a meal was observed, activities conducted, facility maintenance and building and grounds inspected. Information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
