Comments:

The licensing inspector (LI) for Smith Mountain Lake Retirement Village conducted an unannounced focused monitoring inspection on 04/25/2022 to determine correction and compliance with a previous cited violation regarding special diets during a complaint investigation on 02/23/2022. The previous violation was reviewed. Findings were reviewed with facility staff during the inspection. An exit interview was conducted with the Administrator on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. There are no repeat violations and no additional violations. Please complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for each violation cited on the violation notice and return it to your licensing inspector within 10 calendar days from today.
