A Representative with the Division of Licensing completed an unannounced, mandated, renewal inspection on 01/29/2020 from approximately 12:10pm to approximately 5:38pm and on 01/31/2020 from approximately 8:00am to approximately 9:18am. At the point of entrance the facility had 28 residents in care. The Licensing Inspector, observed the facility physical plant to include memory care and assisted living. Residents were engaged during breakfast, lunch and during activities on both the facility memory care and assisted living. The Licensing Inspector observed the facility medication pass, first aid kit and reviewed the facility emergency food supply. During the inspection water temperatures and call bells were tested. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 6 resident records and 3 staff records. During the Inspection there were no areas of non-compliance observed.
