A focused monitoring inspection was initiated on 07/19/2021 and concluded on 07/20/2021 to follow up on previously cited standards during the facility's mandated monitoring inspection in the area of the criminal history record report. The Administrator was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection and spoke with the Administrator on the phone regarding the monitoring inspection.
The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no repeat violations and no additional violations were cited.
