1. Continue to seek dietician since previous contract did not work out.
2. Seek clarification from VA on orders, notification and documentation for resident C as per discussion.
3. Notify licensing when December fire inspection is completed.

The Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left at the facility for each date of the inspection.

The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the building and grounds of the facility.

Observations by licensing inspector: Outside inspections were current at the time of the inspection. A fire inspection was scheduled for later in the month.
